Focus groups

Help shape what works in real transit conditions

Focus groups are small, structured conversations about what actually happens during trips. We look at the moments that cause delays or uncertainty and identify what would make the experience clearer and more reliable.

You do not need to be a technical expert. The most valuable input is honest detail about real situations: crowded platforms, detours, unclear signage, or time-sensitive transfers.

Topics we cover

Each group focuses on practical scenarios. If you have a specific route or station you want to discuss, include it in your sign-up notes.

  • Wayfinding under pressure What happens when you are late, crowds are heavy, or directions are ambiguous.
  • Information clarity Which posted details matter most and what is typically hardest to confirm quickly.
  • Consistency How support should behave across stations, transfers, and different modes of service.
  • Independence and comfort What reduces stress, preserves privacy, and keeps trips feeling self-directed.
